Amazingly, the fact that he had a third ear never really presented him a problem. Over the years it had certainly been the cause for some staring; children being the biggest offenders. The Rainbow
Randy’s rainbow worked its way slowly across the ceiling of his room; fading and brightening in and out as it passed over various scattered water stained ceiling tiles. It had first caught his eye when she raised the tray off of the bedside table; appearing over her shoulder as if it was a wing. And while the sealed window gave him no hint of time of year, the changing of covers from thick wool to thin sheet must mean its summer. Read the rest of this entry »
